No Returns Policy
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our ladoos, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of confirmation.
After this period, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

Damaged or Spoiled Product on Arrival (requires proof)

Once approved, your refund will be processed through your original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer) within 5–7 business days.
