All orders are initiated through our inquiry form. Once you submit your details, a representative will contact you to confirm:

– Quantity
– Delivery timeline
– Shipping charges (if applicable)
No order is considered final until confirmed by us directly via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided on inquiry and may vary slightly depending on ingredient costs and delivery location. We do not accept payments online. Once your order is confirmed, we will share the payment details via call or WhatsApp (such as UPI or bank transfer).
Delivery & Shipping
Products are made fresh and dispatched only after confirmation. Shipping is available across India via trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon confirmation. The Japa Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external conditions.
Product Shelf Life & Storage
Our ladoos are free from preservatives and best consumed within 15 days from packaging. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if needed. Always use a dry spoon.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of order confirmation. Since products are made fresh and per request, cancellations after preparation has started are not accepted. Refunds are only applicable if:
– The wrong product was delivered
– The item was damaged during shipping (with proof within 24 hours of delivery)
Allergen Disclaimer
Please read all ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. Our ladoos contain dairy (ghee), tree nuts (almonds, cashews, coconut), and may include or contain traces of spices and seeds.
